I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in Richmond, Virginia at Resolve Bodyworks, specializing in evidence-based orthopedic massage and clinical rehabilitation to help clients manage and relieve acute and chronic pain.

Pressure is firm, yet gradual. Each service is catered to your needs, informed by an extensive intake where we’ll discuss your medical history, current issues, and treatment goals. During our session, I will periodically check-in with you to ensure pressure, rhythm, and needs are satisfied.
